Atlanta, GA., April 11, 2008 – Cooper-Atlanta Transportation Services, Inc. (C.A.T.S.), a leading Atlanta-based luxury chauffeured transportation provider, announced today that it has acquired International Limousine and Shuttle Service. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition adds a third C.A.T.S. metro Atlanta office location in addition to its headquarters in North Atlanta, and a south side location near Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Now Cooper-Atlanta has a downtown presence at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel on Courtland Street as well.

Owners of International Limousine, husband and wife team James and Tracye Miller, established the company during the Atlanta Olympics in 1996. The company has developed strong relationships with the Sheraton, local radio stations, American Airlines, and other well known Atlanta businesses. James Miller has been appointed the Downtown Atlanta Sales Director for Cooper-Atlanta and will oversee the transportation needs for the Sheraton hotel. Tracye Miller, their office staff, and several chauffeurs have also joined the C.A.T.S. downtown operation.
